村上 智行

Tomoyuki Murakami is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Miyagi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Iwanuma constituency. First elected to the Iwanuma City Council in 1999 and subsequently to the Prefectural Assembly in 2007, he has built a career focused on regional economic revitalization, child-rearing support, and disaster prevention. Murakami, who previously worked in the advertising industry and managed a family farm, emphasizes policies such as improving medical and welfare services, promoting local agricultural exports, and enhancing infrastructure resilience against natural disasters. He is a graduate of Tohoku Gakuin University and holds a degree from the Miyagi University Graduate School of Project Design.
