Toraf Hossain Mandal

Toraf Hossain Mandal is an Indian politician and social worker currently serving as a member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly. Born in 1959 in the village of Doraha, he pursued his education at Balurghat College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985. Before entering politics, he worked at a madrasa. Mandal first won his seat in the Kumarganj assembly constituency in 2016 as a candidate for the Trinamool Congress and successfully retained the seat in the 2021 assembly elections.
