熊谷俊人

Toshihito Kumagai is the Governor of Chiba Prefecture, currently serving his second term. Born in 1978, he began his career at NTT Communications after graduating from Waseda University. He entered politics in 2007 as a member of the Chiba City Council and subsequently served three terms as the Mayor of Chiba City, where he gained national attention for his administrative reforms, including fiscal consolidation and the implementation of progressive social policies such as the partnership oath system.
