山本 敏信

Toshinobu Yamamoto is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Takasago. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tohoku University, he previously worked at Mitsubishi Paper Mills Ltd. before entering local politics. He served five terms as a member of the Takasago City Council, including a tenure as its chairperson. Throughout his career in the prefectural assembly, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the 113th Chairperson of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly and holding various positions within the Liberal Democratic Party's prefectural caucus, such as Policy Research Council Chairman and Secretary-General.
