渡辺務

Tsutomu Watanabe is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Chiba Prefectural Assembly, representing the Futtsu City constituency. Before his election to the prefectural assembly in 2023, he served four terms as a member of the Futtsu City Council, where he held the position of Council Chair from 2020 to 2022. A graduate of Rikkyo University and the Kogakuin University vocational school, he previously worked in the real estate sector and managed a sash manufacturing company. His policy priorities include regional economic revitalization, tourism development, addressing the declining birth rate, and increasing the local population through improved social infrastructure and community engagement.
