Tytti Tuppurainen is a Finnish politician who has served as a Member of the Parliament of Finland since 2011, representing the Oulu constituency. A member of the Social Democratic Party, she previously served as the Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering in the cabinets of Antti Rinne and Sanna Marin. During her ministerial tenure, she played a key role in European Union budget negotiations and oversaw state-owned company policies. She was awarded the Order of the White Rose of Finland in 2022.
