Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi is a Gabonese military officer and politician currently serving as the Minister of State for Transport, Merchant Marine and Logistics. A career officer from the Army Command and Support Regiment, he gained national prominence as the spokesperson for the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) following the August 2023 coup d'état. He has held several ministerial positions during the transition period and was appointed as a Vice-President for the Nyanga province within the Democratic Union of Builders party in 2025. He was elected to the National Assembly in September 2025 and continues to play a central role in the government of the Fifth Republic.
