Ulrik Nilsson

Ulrik Nilsson is a Swedish politician who served as a Member of the Riksdag representing the Västra Götaland County South constituency from 2010 to 2014. A member of the Moderate Party, he previously held significant local government roles, including serving as the chairman of the municipal board in Borås from 2007 to 2010 and as a regional councilor in the Västra Götaland region between 1998 and 2006. During his tenure in local government, he focused on infrastructure development, particularly the Götalandsbanan project and the expansion of National Road 27. Nilsson began his political career in the 1980s on the Svenljunga municipal council and served as second vice-chairman of the Moderate Youth League.
