Ulsi Manja
Profile
Ulsi Manja is an Albanian politician and a serving Member of Parliament for Tirana. A legal expert by training, he previously served as the Minister of Justice of Albania from 2021 to 2025. Before entering national politics, he held various roles in the judiciary, including assistant-judge and prosecutor, and worked as a lecturer of criminal law at the University of Shkodra and other institutions. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law and has been a member of the Socialist Party since 2013.
