Urszula Koszutska is a Polish politician, psychologist, and psychotherapist currently serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. A member of the Civic Platform party, she previously served as a long-time councilor of the Silesian Voivodeship Assembly, where she held the position of deputy chair. Before entering national politics, she worked as a psychologist and served as the director of a psychological-pedagogical counseling center in Zabrze. She assumed her parliamentary seat in June 2024, succeeding Borys Budka.
