漆間譲司

Joji Uruma is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Osaka 8th district. Born in Kadoma, Osaka, he graduated from Keio University and initially worked in the banking and family business sectors before entering politics. He served three terms as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly before being elected to the national Diet in 2021. Uruma has held leadership roles within the Nippon Ishin no Kai party, including serving as the party's second Chairman of the Diet Affairs Committee. His policy positions include support for constitutional reform, including the addition of an emergency clause, and he has expressed openness toward same-sex marriage and selective separate surnames for married couples.
