Uwe Krell

Uwe Krell is a German politician serving as a member of the Landtag of Thuringia since 2024, representing the Wartburgkreis I constituency. Born in 1964 in Suhl, he previously served as a professional non-commissioned officer in the National People's Army and later as a soldier in the Bundeswehr until 2003. Following his military career, he transitioned into the construction and real estate industry as an entrepreneur and pursued studies in business pedagogy. In addition to his state-level mandate, Krell serves on the Bad Salzungen city council and the Wartburgkreis district council.
