Víctor Hugo Lobo Román is a Mexican politician and engineer who has served as a member of the Congress of Mexico City. An alumnus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and La Salle University, he previously served as the head of the Gustavo A. Madero delegation on two separate occasions, from 2009 to 2012 and 2015 to 2018. Throughout his career, he has focused on urban development, public services, and mobility reforms. In 2023, he resigned from the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) following internal disagreements regarding candidate selection processes.
