Victor Mário Chicua Kajibanga is an Angolan politician, sociologist, and university professor. He currently serves as a member of the National Assembly of Angola for the 2022-2027 legislative term, where he chairs the 6th Commission on Health, Higher Education, Science, and Technology. A distinguished academic, he holds a doctorate in sociology from Moscow State University and has served as a dean and vice-rector at Agostinho Neto University. Throughout his career, he has authored numerous works on African philosophy and sociology, contributing significantly to the academic discourse in Angola.
