A member of the Indian National Congress, he previously served as a member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly representing Mulana, where he was honored with the 'Best Legislator Award' in 2021. A lawyer by profession, Chaudhary successfully contested the 2024 Lok Sabha election, ending a long-standing streak held by the Bharatiya Janata Party in his constituency.
