Évelyne Corbière

Évelyne Corbière is a French politician and educator who has served as a Senator for Réunion since 2023. Before entering national politics, she worked as a primary school teacher starting in 2003 and became active in local associations in 2013, focusing particularly on the issue of violence against women. She was elected as a regional councilor in 2021 before securing her seat in the French Senate. She is a member of the Communist group in the Senate.
