Verónica Delgadillo is a Mexican politician who has served as the Mayor of Guadalajara since 2024, becoming the first woman to hold the position in the city's history. A member of the Citizens' Movement party, she previously served as a member of the Congress of Jalisco from 2012 to 2015, a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing Jalisco's 8th district from 2015 to 2017, and a Senator for the state of Jalisco from 2018 to 2024. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication science from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
