Vikas Thakre

Vikas Pandurang Thakre is an Indian politician and a senior member of the Indian National Congress. He currently serves as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly representing the Nagpur West constituency and holds the position of President of the Nagpur District Congress Committee. With a political career spanning over four decades, he previously served as the Mayor of Nagpur and as a long-time corporator in the Nagpur Municipal Corporation. Thakre is recognized for his focus on urban infrastructure, development, and grassroots outreach in the Vidarbha region.
