Подгорная, Виктория Валентиновна

Viktoriia Podhorna is a Ukrainian politician, scientist, and entrepreneur serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation. A candidate of philosophical sciences, she previously worked as a consultant for the National Institute for Strategic Studies and led the 'Management Consulting Group.' Within the Verkhovna Rada, she serves on the Committee on Digital Transformation and chairs the subcommittee on electronic democracy. Known for her expertise in smart city development and urban innovation, she is considered part of the liberal-leaning faction within the Servant of the People party.
