Vilis Krištopans is a Latvian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Latvia from November 1998 to July 1999. During his tenure as prime minister, he was a member of the Latvian Way party before later returning to politics as a member of parliament representing the Union of Greens and Farmers. Prior to leading the government, he also held the position of Minister of Transport.
