Vinay Bihari

Vinay Bihari is an Indian politician and film director serving as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly for the Lauriya constituency. First elected in 2010 as an independent candidate, he subsequently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and has secured consecutive re-elections in 2015, 2020, and 2025. He gained national attention in 2017 for his unconventional protest, where he stripped to his undergarments to demand government funding for road infrastructure in his constituency.
