Virendra Kumar Khatik is an Indian politician currently serving as the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment in the Government of India. A long-standing member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has represented the Tikamgarh constituency in the Lok Sabha since 2009, having previously served the Sagar constituency from 1996 to 2009. Throughout his extensive parliamentary career, he has held various leadership roles, including serving as the Pro-tem Speaker of the 17th Lok Sabha. He holds a PhD in Child Labour from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University.
