Vitalijus Gailius

Vitalijus Gailius is a Lithuanian politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Seimas. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in law enforcement, serving as the director of the Financial Crime Investigation Service and as a senior police commissioner. He also served as the Mayor of Joniškis District Municipality from 2019 to 2024. Gailius holds a law degree from the Lithuanian Police Academy and a master's degree in law and police activities from Mykolas Romeris University.
