Viviane Artigalas is a French politician currently serving as a Senator for the Hautes-Pyrénées department. A former school principal, she began her political career in local government, serving as a municipal councilor in Milly-la-Forêt and later as the mayor of Arrens-Marsous from 2012 to 2017. She also held positions as a regional councilor for Midi-Pyrénées and president of the Association of Mayors of Hautes-Pyrénées. Elected to the Senate in 2017, she has been an active member of the Committee on Economic Affairs.
