Vladimer Khinchegashvili

Vladimer Khinchegashvili is a Georgian politician and former world-class freestyle wrestler. A decorated athlete, he won a gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, alongside multiple world and European titles. Following his athletic career, he transitioned into politics, serving as the Mayor of Gori Municipality from 2021 to 2024. He currently serves as a member of the Parliament of Georgia, representing the Georgian Dream party since 2024.
