Vladimir Milićević is a Serbian politician and the current Mayor of Paraćin. Born in 1978 in Paraćin, he graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Belgrade. Before his political career, he was known as a photographer and served as the president of the Paraćin Basketball Club starting in 2017. A member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), he has led the local government in Paraćin, focusing on municipal development and infrastructure projects. He was re-elected to his mayoral mandate in 2024, continuing his leadership of the municipality.
