Volker Mayer-Lay

Volker Mayer-Lay is a German politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the Bundestag for the constituency of Lake Constance since 2021. Before entering federal politics, he practiced law in Überlingen, specializing in tenancy, residential property, and traffic law. Throughout his career, he has held various local and regional political roles, including serving as a city councilor in Überlingen and as the district chairman of the CDU Bodenseekreis. He is actively involved in committees concerning energy, environment, climate protection, and external security.
