Цабаль Володимир Володимирович

Volodymyr Tsabal is a Ukrainian economist and former politician who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada. Elected in 2019 as a member of the Holos party, he served as the secretary of the parliamentary committee on budget issues. Prior to his political career, he held various positions in business analysis and management at companies including Tetra Pak, Nestle, and McKinsey & Company. He resigned from his parliamentary mandate in April 2026, and his powers were officially terminated by the Verkhovna Rada on May 27, 2026.
