
Vugar Bayramov

Vugar Bayramov is an Azerbaijani economist and politician serving as a member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan since 2020. An expert in economic policy, he is the founder and chairman of the Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD) and has served as a co-author of Azerbaijan's strategic roadmaps for economic development. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his research in institutional economics and his contributions to civil society forums, including the EU Eastern Partnership. He currently serves on the Committee for Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising and the Labour and Social Policy Committee.
