Wayne Rosenthal is an American politician and retired military officer currently serving as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 108th District. First elected to the state legislature in 2010, he served until 2015 before resigning to lead the Illinois Department of Natural Resources as Director. He returned to the Illinois House in 2023. A retired Brigadier General in the Illinois Air National Guard, Rosenthal previously worked as a family farmer and served as a trustee for Lincoln Land Community College.
