Webster Barnaby is an American politician who served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2020 to 2024. Born in Birmingham, England, to Jamaican parents, he immigrated to the United States in 1991 and became a naturalized citizen in 1998. Before his legislative career, he worked in the hospitality industry and as a district manager for National Write Your Congressman, and served on the Deltona City Council from 2012 to 2020. A pastor by profession, Barnaby represented Florida's 27th and later 29th districts during his tenure in the state house.
