Wiesław Szczepański is a Polish politician, economist, and local government official currently serving as a Member of the Sejm and as Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration. Throughout his extensive career, he has held multiple terms in the Sejm and served as the chairman of the Greater Poland Regional Assembly. A long-time member of the Democratic Left Alliance and now the New Left, he has focused his political work on administration, internal affairs, and regional development. He also serves as the minister's plenipotentiary for cooperation with trade unions.
