Will Barfoot is an American politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the Alabama Senate, representing the 25th district. A Republican, he was first elected to the seat in 2018 after previously serving as a temporary probate judge in Montgomery County. Barfoot holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law. In his professional career, he is a co-founder of the Montgomery-based personal injury law firm Barfoot & Schoettker. Within the Senate, he holds leadership roles including Vice Chairperson of the Judiciary Committee.
