Will Carpenter

Will Carpenter is an American politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 75th district. Born in Hamilton, Kansas, in 1956, he has built a career as a small business owner, managing various enterprises including a car wash, a market, and a storage facility. Carpenter first represented the 75th district in the state legislature from 2013 to 2017. After a brief hiatus following a primary defeat in 2016, he was re-elected to his seat in 2018 and assumed office again in 2019. Since his return, he has served as the chair of the House Social Services Budget Committee, focusing on state fiscal policy and social services oversight.
