William Quincy Davis is an American politician serving as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 30th District since 2003. A member of the Democratic Party, he has focused his legislative career on healthcare access, education funding, and international trade policy. He has chaired several committees, including the Appropriations-Elementary and Secondary Education Committee, and was instrumental in the creation of the Illinois Cares Rx program.
