Willie Rennie is a Scottish politician who has served as the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for North East Fife since 2016. Previously, he represented Mid Scotland and Fife as a list MSP from 2011 to 2016 and served as the Member of Parliament for Dunfermline and West Fife from 2006 to 2010. Rennie led the Scottish Liberal Democrats from 2011 until 2021, during which time he campaigned against Scottish independence and advocated for a federal United Kingdom. His career includes roles as a public relations consultant and special government adviser.
