Wolfram Leibe is a German politician and jurist who has served as the Lord Mayor of Trier since April 2015. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he was first elected in 2014 and subsequently re-elected for a second term in 2022 with 72.2% of the vote. Before entering municipal politics, Leibe worked in the administration of the Speyer University of Administrative Sciences, the Saxon Ministry of Justice, and held leadership roles within the Federal Employment Agency. Since 2022, he has also served as a member of the presidium of the Association of German Cities.
