Xenija Melnik-Üzüm is a German politician and a member of the Hamburg Parliament, representing the party The Left. Born in 2001, she grew up in Hamburg and has a professional background in tax administration and the private sector. Melnik entered politics in 2019 and served in the Harburg district assembly before being elected to the Hamburg Parliament in 2025. As the youngest member of the 23rd legislative period, she also serves as deputy parliamentary group leader for her party.
