Xola Nqola is a South African politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the National Assembly since 2019. A member of the African National Congress (ANC), he currently chairs the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development. Nqola previously served as the interim convenor of the ANC Youth League in 2023. His parliamentary career has included significant committee work, including roles in the impeachment inquiry of former Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane and the Joint Constitutional Review Committee.
