Yasser Hujirat

Yasser Hujirat is an Arab Israeli geneticist and politician currently serving as a member of the Knesset. He was elected to the twenty-fifth Knesset in the 2022 Israeli legislative elections, representing the United Arab List. Prior to his parliamentary career, he established himself as a professional in the field of genetics. He secured his position in the Knesset after being placed in the fifth slot on his party's electoral list following internal primaries held in August 2022.
