長坂康正

Yasamasa Nagasaka is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Aichi 9th district. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he has held several government positions, including State Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and State Minister of Cabinet Office. Before his national career, he served six terms as a member of the Aichi Prefectural Assembly. Nagasaka is known for his conservative political stances, including support for constitutional revision, the strengthening of the Self-Defense Forces, and the maintenance of nuclear power generation. He began his political career as a secretary to former Prime Minister Toshiki Kaifu.
