Yen Teh-fa

Yen Teh-fa is a Taiwanese politician and retired general of the Republic of China Army who has served as the Minister of the Veterans Affairs Council since 2024. A graduate of the Republic of China Military Academy and the War College of the National Defense University, he previously held high-level positions including Minister of National Defense, Secretary-General of the National Security Council, and Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of China Armed Forces. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent figure in Taiwan's national security and defense policy, notably addressing regional stability concerns and managing military administrative reforms.
