Yevgeny Bolgert is a Kazakhstani politician and entrepreneur serving as a Member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since January 2023, and as secretary of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies. Prior to his parliamentary career, he held leadership roles in the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises, and served on the board of directors of KTZ Express. He is a graduate of the Russian Law Academy, Dresden Technical University, and Moscow Business School.
