Yolanda Tellería Beltrán

Yolanda Tellería Beltrán is a Mexican politician and businesswoman who served as the Municipal President of Pachuca from 2016 to 2020. A graduate of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education with a degree in computer systems and administration, she began her political career as a councilor for the Institutional Revolutionary Party before joining the National Action Party. She also served as a local deputy for the second district of Pachuca during the LXI Legislature from 2011 to 2013, where she held various committee roles focusing on commerce, transparency, and metropolitan affairs.
