Before his election to the Knesset in 2023, he held various administrative roles, including manager of the Shas caucus in the Jerusalem City Council and chief of staff at the Ministry for the Periphery. Mishraki has served multiple terms as the head of the Knesset Health Committee, a position he resumed in February 2026.
