小林 義明

Yoshiaki Kobayashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Okayama Prefectural Assembly, representing the Niimi City constituency. Affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party, he is in his fourth term of office. Within the assembly, he serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Steering Committee and is a member of the General Affairs Committee and the Special Committee on Comprehensive Planning and Administrative and Fiscal Reform. He was born on June 1, 1955.
