鶴羽 芳代子

Yoshiko Tsuruha is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly. She has been actively involved in regional governance and educational policy, having served as a member of the Hokkaido Board of Education and the Sapporo City Social Education Committee. Additionally, she has contributed to the Hokkaido Lifelong Learning Council and served as a temporary member of the Elementary and Secondary Education Subcommittee of the Central Council for Education under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
