関好孝

Yoshitaka Seki is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Omuta City in Fukuoka Prefecture. Born in Omuta, he graduated from Waseda University and spent many years as a career civil servant in the Fukuoka Prefectural Government, where he held positions such as Director of the Private School Promotion and Youth Development Bureau and Director of the Environment Department. He was first elected mayor in 2019 with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, and was re-elected unopposed in 2023.
