김영배

Young-bae Kim is a South Korean politician currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Seongbuk-gu Gap constituency. A graduate of Korea University, he began his career in local administration, notably serving as the Mayor of Seongbuk-gu from 2010 to 2018. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles in the Democratic Party of Korea, including Supreme Council member and various policy-focused leadership positions. His political work has consistently emphasized local autonomy, balanced national development, and social solidarity. He previously served in the Blue House under the Moon Jae-in administration as a secretary for policy coordination and civil affairs.
