Yuliy Ioffe is a veteran Ukrainian politician and long-serving People's Deputy of Ukraine. Born in 1940, he began his career in the coal mining industry, eventually serving as the General Director of Stakhanovvuhillia. He held high-level executive roles, including Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for the fuel and energy complex in the early 1990s. Throughout his extensive parliamentary career, he has represented the Luhansk region and served in various committees focused on energy and state building. He is a member of the Platform for Life and Peace parliamentary group.
